Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Octorara Area holds off Downingtown East
November 30, 2024: Exton, PA 19341 The Octorara Area Braves basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Downingtown East Cougars to 58 in the Braves non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Braves now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Norristown for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. Octorara Area will confront a Eagles team coming off a 68-64 non-league win over Collegium Charter (Exton, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Downingtown East falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Hatboro-Horsham (Horsham, PA) to confront the Hatters in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Hatters go into the game with a record of 0-0.
