In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Octorara Area Braves basketball team scored a good 71-61 triumph over the Oxford Hornets.

The Braves (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Brandywine Heights Area (Topton, PA). The Bullets go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Brandywine Heights Area topped Antietam (Reading, PA), 63-54, in a non-league contest.
