Texas High School Volleyball - Strawn over Newcastle
November 4, 2024: Newcastle, TX 76372 The Strawn Greyhounds volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Newcastle Bobcats to 1 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Monday.
The Greyhounds now have a 18-14 record. They play next when they travel to Harrold for a non-league outing on Thursday, November 7. Strawn will play a Hornets team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wink (Wink, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 33-5.
With the loss, Newcastle drops to 13-21 on the campaign.
