West Virginia High School Volleyball - Ritchie County tips Williamstown
November 5, 2022: Ellenboro, WV 26346 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Ritchie County Rebels (Ellenboro, WV) and the visiting Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV), saw Ritchie County's volleyball squad nip Williamstown by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Ritchie County upgrades its record to 15-7 on the year. The Rebels travel to James Monroe (Lindside, WV) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, November 9. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 31-13. James Monroe lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV)
The Yellowjackets now own a 34-7 record. They play next when they host Magnolia for a non-league bout on Monday, November 7. Williamstown will play a Blue Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Williamstown (Williamstown, WV). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 22-14.
