Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Knox Redskins (Knox, IN), 37-31 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Morgan Township advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Cherokees travel to Whiting (Whiting, IN) to play the Oilers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 7. The Oilers come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
