Holmes County Central Jaguars (Lexington, MS) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Florence Eagles (Florence, MS), 56-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Holmes County Central advances its record to 8-3 on the season. The Jaguars travel to New Hope (Columbus, MS) to confront the Trojans in a non-league match on Friday, November 14. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 7-3. New Hope won 55-22 in their recent league match against Caledonia (Caledonia, MS)
