Follett Panthers (Follett, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shamrock Irish (Shamrock, TX), 48-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Follett upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Groom (Groom, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 11. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Irish play the White Deer Bucks (White Deer, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 11. Shamrock will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Bucks come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 62-29 non-league loss to Childress (Childress, TX).
