Arkansas High School Basketball - Little Rock Southwest nudges Mills University Studies
November 7, 2023: Little Rock, AR 72206 Little Rock Southwest Gryphons (Little Rock, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Mills University Studies Comets (Little Rock, AR), 65-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Little Rock Southwest upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Gryphons host Pine Bluff (Pine Bluff, AR) to clash with the Zebras in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 9. The Zebras go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Pine Bluff won 57-46 in their recent non-league bout against ESTEM (Little Rock, AR)
Next up, the Comets clash with the Maumelle Hornets (Maumelle, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 10. Mills University Studies will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 51-38 non-league loss to White Hall (White Hall, AR).
