In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Sugar Creek Wildcats basketball team scored a good 22-13 triumph over the Fletcher Falcons.

The Wildcats (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy (Huntersville, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
