The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Brenham Cubs (Brenham, TX) and the visiting Freeman Golden Eagles (Katy, TX), observed Brenham's basketball team overwhelm Freeman by a score of 56-29.

The Cubs (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bryan (Bryan, TX). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Bryan was routed by Klein Oak (Spring, TX), 59-44, in a non-league challenge.
