The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hays (Buda, TX). The Hawks go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Hays nipped Hyde Park (Austin, TX), 51-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Rockdale Tigers (Rockdale, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 12. Elgin will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 50-48 non-league loss to Bastrop (Bastrop, TX).
