With the victory, Austin improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Black Bears host Plainview (Rainsville, AL) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 11. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Plainview won 64-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Huntsville (Huntsville, AL)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 12. Columbia will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 45-32 non-league win over Athens (Athens, AL).
