The Garfield Bulldogs basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Sherman Oaks CES Knights to 37 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maywood Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 14.

The Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Milken (Los Angeles, CA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
