Texas High School Basketball - East View knocks off Waco
November 9, 2024: Georgetown, TX 78626 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host East View Patriots basketball team scored a good 87-67 win over the Waco Lions.
The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin (Austin, TX). The Raptors come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin was topped by Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX), 59-55, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Northwest Texans (Justin, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 12. Waco will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Texans come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 77-35 non-league loss to Lovejoy (Lucas, TX).
