Texas High School Basketball - Waco held off by Elgin

In Friday's non-league test, the Elgin Wildcats (Elgin, TX) basketball squad got by the host Waco Lions (Waco, TX), by a score of 48-42.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the LBJ Austin Jaguars (Austin, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, November 19. Elgin will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 62-53 non-league loss to Princeton (Princeton, TX).
