The Parkside Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Eastern Ramblers to 43 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warrensville Heights for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Parkside will battle a Tigers team coming off a 51-46 league win over Shaw (East Cleveland, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 1-0.

The Ramblers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Friendship Tech Prep Academy (Washington, DC). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Friendship Tech Prep Academy ran past Ballou (Washington, DC), 82-56, in a non-league contest.
