December 1, 2022: Virginia City, NV 89440

Virginia City Muckers (Virginia City, NV) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV), 66-43 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Virginia City upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Muckers travel to Churchill County (Fallon, NV) to clash with the Greenwave in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Greenwave go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Churchill County won 60-28 in their recent non-league bout against Battle Mountain (Battle Mountain, NV)

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Pershing County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 56-33 non-league win over Smith Valley (Smith, NV).
