December 1, 2023: New Haven, MI 48048 The New Haven Rockets (New Haven, MI) basketball felled the visiting Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI), 69-52 in Friday's non-league test.
The Rockets (2-0) will now prepare for their test against St. Clair (St. Clair, MI). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, St. Clair thwarted Algonac (Algonac, MI), 48-29, in a non-league test.
The Tars now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Chippewa Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 5. Anchor Bay will encounter a Big Reds squad coming off a 52-41 non-league win over L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI). The Big Reds record now stands at 2-0.
