Iowa High School Basketball - Wilton nudges Beckman
December 1, 2023: Dyersville, IA 52040 Wilton Beavers (Wilton, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Beckman Trailblazers (Dyersville, IA), 58-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wilton upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Beavers host Tipton (Tipton, IA) to clash with the Tigers in a River Valley bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Tipton won 89-77 in their recent non-league bout against Lisbon (Lisbon, IA)
Next up, the Trailblazers clash with the North Linn Lynx (Troy Mills, IA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 4. Beckman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Lynx go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 81-27 league win over Springville (Springville, IA).
