Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Elizabeth Forward overwhelmed by Thomas Jefferson
December 1, 2023: Elizabeth, PA 15037 The Thomas Jefferson Jaguars basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the host Elizabeth Forward Warriors to 51 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Friday.
The Jaguars now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Baldwin for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Thomas Jefferson will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 74-59 non-league win over Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 2-0.
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Plum (Pittsburgh, PA). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Plum was routed by Beaver (Beaver, PA), 71-50, in a non-league contest.
