California High School Basketball - La Jolla tops Valley Center

December 1, 2023: La Jolla, CA 92037

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA) and the visiting Valley Center Jaguars (Valley Center, CA), saw La Jolla's basketball squad knock off Valley Center by a tally of 76-60.

With the victory, La Jolla improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Vikings host Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Tri-City Christian won 103-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Santana Sultans (Santee, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 4. Valley Center will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Sultans come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 53-39 non-league loss to Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA).
