December 1, 2023: Bells, TX 75414 Bells Panthers (Bells, TX) supporters were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Aubrey Chaparrals (Aubrey, TX), 45-39 in a non-league challenge.
With the victory, Bells improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host North Lamar (Paris, TX) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. North Lamar lost 40-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX)
Next up, the Chaparrals confront the Collinsville Pirates (Collinsville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 2. Aubrey will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 48-40 non-league loss to Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX).
