The Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs routed the visiting Decatur Central Hawks basketball team by a final score of 74-49 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Grizzly Cubs face the Greenwood Woodmen (Greenwood, IN) in a Mid-State test, on Friday, December 8. Franklin Community will attempt to advance on its 9-2 season record. The Woodmen go into the test with a 3-6 record after their 61-56 non-league win over Speedway (Speedway, IN).

The Hawks now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Princeton for a non-league test on Saturday, December 2. Decatur Central will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 57-50 league win over Forest Park (Ferdinand, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 7-2.
