Oregon High School Basketball - Valley Catholic crushes Yamhill-Carlton
December 1, 2023: Beaverton, OR 97007 Valley Catholic Valiants (Beaverton, OR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Yamhill-Carlton Tigers (Yamhill, OR), 62-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Valley Catholic upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Valiants host Banks (Banks, OR) to clash with the Braves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Banks won 61-15 in their recent non-league bout against Oregon Episcopal (Portland, OR)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Tillamook Cheesemakers (Tillamook, OR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Yamhill-Carlton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cheesemakers go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 52-50 non-league loss to Dallas (Dallas, OR).
