The Troy Christian Eagles basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Covington Buccs to 37 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milton-Union for a Three Rivers contest on Friday, December 9. Troy Christian will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 43-33 league win over Lehman Catholic (Sidney, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
