The Cowan Blackhawks basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Tri-Central Trojans to 71 in the Blackhawks non-league victory on Friday.

The Blackhawks now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shenandoah for a Mid-Eastern contest on Saturday, December 3. Cowan will battle a Raiders team coming off a 51-42 league loss to Blue River Valley (Mt. Summit, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 1-1.

The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Frontier (Chalmers, IN). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Frontier was defeated by Carroll (Flora, IN), 82-42, in a non-league contest.
