North Carolina High School Basketball - Greater Cabarrus Stallions overwhelms Queen's Grant

December 2, 2022: Matthews, NC 28105

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC) and the host Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), saw Greater Cabarrus Stallions's basketball squad wallop Queen's Grant by a tally of 74-51.

With the victory, Greater Cabarrus Stallions improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Stallions host South Guilford HomeSchool (High Point, NC) to confront the Cougars in a North Carolina Home Education - West challenge on Tuesday, December 6. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. South Guilford HomeSchool lost 61-43 in their recent league challenge against South Charlotte Thunder (Matthews, NC)

Next up, the Stallions confront the Comenius Knights (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 5. Queen's Grant will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 90-57 non-league win over Walnut Grove Christian (Fort Mill, SC).
