December 2, 2022: LaFayette, GA 30728 The Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe Warriors (Fort Oglethorpe, GA) basketball nipped the host LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA), 57-55 in Friday's league test.
The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Kennesaw Mountain was tipped by Allatoona (Acworth, GA), 62-57, in a non-league test.
The Ramblers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Coahulla Creek for a AAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, December 6. LaFayette will encounter a Colts squad coming off a 54-34 league win over Bremen (Bremen, GA). The Colts record now stands at 1-3.
