The Maywood/Hayes Center Wolves basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Wallace Wildcats to 31 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wolves now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Maywood/Hayes Center will meet a Roughriders team coming off a 70-57 non-league win over Medicine Valley (Curtis, NE). The Roughriders record now stands at 1-0.

The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sandhills/Thedford (Dunning, NE). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Sandhills/Thedford triumphed over Twin Loup (Sargent, NE), 47-12, in a non-league contest.
