Arizona High School Basketball - Basha overwhelmed by Perry

The Perry Pumas basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Basha Bears to 33 in the Pumas league victory on Friday.

The Pumas now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunrise Mountain for a non-league contest on Monday, December 5. Perry will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 71-32 non-league win over Liberty (Peoria, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.

The Bears (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ). The Mountain Lions come into the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Mountain Ridge triumphed over Prescott (Prescott, AZ), 73-39, in a non-league contest.
