The Maize Eagles basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Northwest Grizzlies to 39 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heights for a non-league test on Thursday, December 4.

The Grizzlies (0-1) will now prepare for their test against South (Wichita, KS). The Titans come into the Greater Wichita City test with a 0-0 record.
