The Ponder Lions basketball team scored 49 points and limited the host Krum Bobcats to 45 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bellevue for a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. Ponder will play a Eagles team coming off a 89-74 non-league win over Chico (Chico, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Krum falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Salado (Salado, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 2-3. Salado lost 51-48 in their recent non-league game against Troy (Troy, TX)
