Ohio High School Basketball - Mapleton knocks off Hillsdale
December 3, 2024: Jeromesville, OH 44840 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mapleton Mounties (Ashland, OH) and the host Hillsdale Falcons (Jeromesville, OH), observed Mapleton's basketball team overcome Hillsdale by a margin of 39-28.
The Mounties (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Western Reserve (Collins, OH). The Roughriders come into the Firelands challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Western Reserve dropped by Wellington (Wellington, OH), 31-21, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Central Christian Comets (Kidron, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Hillsdale will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record.
