Central Jaguars (Milton, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Jay Royals (Jay, FL), 53-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Paxton (Paxton, FL) to play the Bobcats in a 1A District 1 bout on Friday, December 7. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Paxton lost 93-48 in their recent league bout against Malone (Malone, FL)

Next up, the Royals play the Holmes County Blue Devils (Bonifay, FL) in a 1A District 2 bout, on Thursday, December 6. Jay will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
