Richwoods Knights (Peoria, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL), 52-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Richwoods upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Knights host Manual (Peoria, IL) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 8. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 2-2.

Next up, the Grey Ghosts play the Quest Charter Academy Gators (Peoria, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 7. Illinois Valley Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
