Minnesota High School Basketball - Jackson County Central crushes Martin County West
December 4, 2023: Jackson, MN 56143 Jackson County Central Huskies (Jackson, MN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Martin County West Mavericks (Sherburn, MN), 81-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Jackson County Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Huskies host Luverne (Luverne, MN) to play the Cardinals in a AA Section 3 bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Mavericks play the Nicollet Raiders (Nicollet, MN) in a A Section 2 bout, on Tuesday, December 5. Martin County West will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 89-49 non-league loss to Loyola (Mankato, MN).
