The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) and the host Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles (Shelby, NC), observed Highland Tech's basketball team knock off Pinnacle Classical Academy by a score of 50-42.

The Rams (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Central Academy prevailed over Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC), 59-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Nebo Crossing Academy Bulldogs (Nebo, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 10. Pinnacle Classical Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record.
