The Crescent City Christian Pioneers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting West Jefferson Buccaneers to 49 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Pioneers now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Houma Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9.

The Buccaneers (3-4) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Archbishop Rummel ran past East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA), 68-22, in a non-league contest.
