Virginia High School Basketball - South County routs Washington-Liberty
December 5, 2024: Lorton, VA 22079 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host South County Stallions basketball team scored a big 71-41 triumph over the Washington-Liberty Generals.
The Stallions (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hayfield (Alexandria, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Hayfield smashed Woodbridge (Woodbridge, VA), 81-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Generals battle the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Washington-Liberty will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 43-36 non-league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC).
