The Point Pleasant Big Blacks basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting River Valley Raiders to 24 in the Big Blacks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Big Blacks now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buffalo for a Freelance contest on Friday, December 9.

The Raiders (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Nelsonville-York (Nelsonville, OH). The Buckeyes enter the Tri-Valley I contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Nelsonville-York triumphed over Eastern (Reedsville, OH), 70-42, in a non-league contest.
