In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls basketball team scored a good 59-42 triumph over the Cuthbertson Cavaliers.

In their next game, the Ragin' Bulls face the Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) in a 4A Conference 57 match, on Friday, December 9. Hickory Ridge will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Chargers enter the match with a 4-2 record after their 48-35 non-league win over Hough (Cornelius, NC).

With the defeat, Cuthbertson moves to 4-1 on the year. The Cavaliers host Central Academy (Monroe, NC) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Wednesday, December 7.
