Wisconsin High School Basketball - Wisconsin Heights nips Monticello
December 6, 2022: Monticello, WI 53570 Wisconsin Heights Vanguards (Mazomanie, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Monticello Ponies (Monticello, WI), 60-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Wisconsin Heights upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Vanguards host Poynette (Poynette, WI) to play the Pumas in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Pumas go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Poynette lost 64-61 in their recent non-league bout against Waterloo (Waterloo, WI)
Next up, the Ponies play the Williams Bay Bulldogs (Williams Bay, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Monticello will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
