Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Mancelona Ironmen (Mancelona, MI) and the host Central Lake Trojans (Central Lake, MI), saw Mancelona's basketball squad knock off Central Lake by a count of 54-42.

With the victory, Mancelona upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Johannesburg-Lewiston (Johannesburg, MI) to play the Cardinals in a Ski-Valley challenge on Friday, December 8. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
