In Friday's non-league contest, the host Sterling Tigers basketball team scored a good 55-42 triumph over the Brush Beetdiggers.

The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against The Academy (Westminster, CO). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, The Academy was topped by Brighton (Brighton, CO), 58-45, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Beetdiggers confront the Holyoke Dragons (Holyoke, CO) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Brush will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 62-44 non-league win over Burlington (Burlington, CO).
