Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Columbia Wildcats (Columbia, NC), 68-46 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Currituck County upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Knights travel to Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Monday, December 9. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 0-2. Great Bridge lost 77-56 in their recent league match against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA)

The Wildcats now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Christian HomeSchool for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. Columbia will face a Trailblazers squad coming off a 48-30 non-league win over Northeast Academy For Aerospace and Advanced Tech (Elizabeth City, NC). The Trailblazers record now stands at 9-4.
