Illinois High School Basketball - Steeleville knocks off Trico
December 6, 2024: Campbell Hill, IL 62916 In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Steeleville Warriors basketball team scored a good 53-44 win over the Trico Pioneers.
The Warriors (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Gibault Catholic (Waterloo, IL). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Gibault Catholic defeated Red Bud (Red Bud, IL), 52-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pioneers battle the Carterville Lions (Carterville, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Trico will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
