Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA), 71-69 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Robinson advances its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Rams host Centreville (Clifton, VA) to face the Wildcats in a non-league match on Monday, December 15. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 1-2.

The Highlanders now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Herndon for a District 2 match on Tuesday, December 9. McLean will face a Hornets squad coming off a 51-45 non-league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-3.
