The Highland Bulldogs basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Antelope Valley Antelopes to 45 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lancaster for a Golden match on Friday, December 9. Highland will meet a Eagles team coming off a 84-53 league loss to Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-5.

With the defeat, Antelope Valley moves to 5-6 on the year. The Antelopes host Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA) to meet the Royals in a Golden match on Friday, December 9. The Royals go into the outing with a record of 2-5. Quartz Hill lost 41-33 in their recent league outing against Eastside (Lancaster, CA)
