In Wednesday's league outing, the Corydon Central Panthers (Corydon, IN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Austin Eagles (Austin, IN), by a margin of 62-29.

The Panthers (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Salem (Salem, IN). The Lions go into the Mid-Southern outing with a 1-8 record. In their last outing, Salem was trounced by Brownstown Central (Brownstown, IN), 46-35, in a league outing.

The Eagles now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Providence for a non-league outing on Tuesday, December 13. Austin will clash with a Pioneers squad coming off a 52-37 non-league loss to Borden (Borden, IN). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-5.
