The Post Antelopes basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Aspermont Hornets to 42 in the Antelopes non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Antelopes now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stamford for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Post will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-43 non-league win over Paducah (Paducah, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.

The Hornets (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Paducah (Paducah, TX). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Paducah was nudged by Stamford (Stamford, TX), 57-43, in a non-league contest.
